Mr. Otten replied that <br />the business is open 7 days per week from Easter to Christmas <br />from daylight to dark. Kelley also asked about security <br />lighting. Mr. Otten said that he had not determined to what <br />degree he would need such lighting. Mabusth suggested that Mr. <br />Otten include that information should be shown on the final <br />lighting plan. Planning Commissioner Johnson asked the applicant <br />when he intended to begin construction? Mr. Otten said that he <br />would begin in the fall. Johnson suggested that the access off <br />of Highway 12 be subject to approval by MNDOT. Kelly agreed to <br />amend his motion to reflect that; Cohen seconded.
