The barn will meet the <br />setbacks required to house horses. <br />Planning Commissioner Bellows recommended that, given the <br />odd shape of the lot, the Planning Commission make very clear <br />that any future subdividing will require the barn to be removed. <br />Planning Cosanissioner Hanson asked about the time period allowed <br />for such removals to take place? Gaffron replied that typically <br />18B days is allotted for either the removal of the accessory <br />structure or the construction of a principal residence. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed!’ <br />It was moved by Planning Commissioner Cohen, seconded by <br />Planning Commissioner Hanson, to recommend approval of the <br />variance allowing an accessory structure nearer the front lot <br />line than the principal structure.
