MIMUTBS OP THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING JUNE 19, 1989 <br />ZONING PILE #1412-PETERSEN CONTINUED <br />discuss this issue. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth reminded the applicant of her <br />opportunity to purchase adjacent land now owned by the City. She <br />noted however, that there would be a delay in final approval of <br />the subdivision if the applicant chose to obtain the additional <br />land. Mary Petersen said that she preferred to proceed with <br />the subdivision as proposed and obtain the adjacent land at a <br />later time. <br />Planning Commissioner Johnson said that his only concern <br />regarding the subdivision was accessing Lot 3. He agreed with <br />the City Engineer's recommendation to realign Outlot A to <br />entrance McCulley Road at a right angle. <br />Planning Commissioner Hanson Questioned whether the <br />applicant understood the City's reasons for what the City <br />Engineer is recommending for Lot 3.
