T <br />GITYof ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. ^619_____ <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />VARIANCES TO MU’NTCIPAL ZONTNG CODE <br />SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISION 1, <br />SECTION 10.55, SL^DHTSION 8 ANT) <br />SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16 (C) ANT) (L), <br />AND GRANTING A CONT)mONAL USE PER.MIT <br />PER SECTION 10.03, SLIBDIVISION 19 <br />FILE .NO. 2073 <br />WTIEREAS, William Dunkley and Susan Dunkley (hereinafter the "applicants") <br />are the owners of the property at 2709 Walters Port Lane located within the City of Orono <br />(hereinafter "Cit> ") and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 4. Block 3, Walters Pon, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "propert>'"); <br />and <br />V\TIEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variances to Municipal <br />Zoning Code Sections 10.22, Subdivision 1, 10.55. Subdivision 8 and 10.56, Subdivision 16 (C) <br />and (L) to permit the construction of an entryway addition constituting structure and hardcover <br />in the 0-75’ lakeshore setback zone where no strucmral hardcover are normally allowed, and <br />requesting similar variances for an enclosed porch and open deck located within 75’ of lakeshore <br />where no structure or hardcover is normally allowed, and for a conditional use pernut per <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 19 for the reconstruction of retaining walls within the 0-75’ zone. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Mirmesota; <br />FINT)INGS <br />1.
