MN S5323 0066 <br />- ^ <br />a <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth <br />Attached is the application for the Ounkley residence for a vanance of the <br />75 foot setback rule, and hardcover rulings <br />The owners are requesting variances to allow for the conversion of the <br />existing deck into a spa deck for the installation of a swim spa for medical <br />reasons. The inclusion of this feature will change the structure from a deck to an <br />enclosed structure attachod to the house. <br />The current plan allows for a very slight increase in the hard cover. In light <br />of the large amount of hard cover that has been removed to date, the increase of <br />2.6 square feet seems reasonable. <br />Please advise me if there are other considerations that need to be <br />considered.
