Staff discovered the deck being constructed in the fall <br />of 1993. The deck has yet to be completed as staff issued a Stop Work Order <br />until the appropriate variances were approved. The following ordinances are <br />pertinent for this review” <br />I.Section 10.03, Subd. 14 (C) - Structural coverage variance.
