Swanson and Susan S. Swanson (hereinafter the <br />applicants-) arc owners of ie property located at 3229B Casco Circle within the City of Orono <br />(hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows: <br />Tract B, Registered Land Sursey No. 1333, as filed_ with the Registrar of Titles. <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter ”thc propert>' ); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variances to Munici^ <br />Zoning Code Sections 10.22.
