1 <br />As shown by the attached photos I currently have a very direct view of the lake <br />through the proposed encroachment area from several vantage points. This view is <br />further enhanced during the late fall, winter and early spring with the absense of <br />foliage. Also attached you will find a west elevation of my residence. I currently <br />have a very direct view of the lake from every window on this elevation. I took <br />some photos from inside my house looking out at the lake. The photos are <br />numbered according to the window they were taken out of. As you can see, the <br />views from the lower level dinette windows (#1-3) and the kitchen window (#4) <br />will be completely blocked by the lower portion of the enclosure. (The view from <br />kitchen window (#4) as with the rest of these views is more pronounced with the <br />absense of foilage). <br />My residence will be available for viewing after July 8,1996.! would strongly <br />encourage any members of the planning board to tour the inside of my residence.
