MN <br />Jean and/or Mike; <br />We are withdrawing our application for a building permit and City approval to build <br />an improved homesite at 3115 North Shore Drive. After lengthy discussion with <br />adjoining property owners, we are unable to come to agreement regarding the type of <br />home we had planned to build. <br />Please accept this letter as cancellation of our application and cancellation of our <br />intent to purchase the property at 3115 North Shore Drive, Wayzata, MN 55391. <br />It is our understanding that the City of Orono w ill refund any unused application fees. <br />We would like any remaing application fee dollars refunded to: <br />Michael McE-nany <br />4680 Manitou Road <br />Excelsior.
