Absent such a plan, this portion <br />of the application cannot be adequately dealt with at this time. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Applicants have not provided a hardship statement regarding hardcover, nor a grading plan <br />defining whether a CUP is needed for e.xcess fill importation. Applicants should be asked to <br />define the specific hardships they propose in support the hardcover variance. At this late date <br />staff can only recommend tabling the CUP portion of the application, although Planning <br />Commisssion may want to give some direction regarding the hardcover variance. <br />Options for Action <br />1.
