The shape of the lot and the curve of the shoreline, as well as the <br />fact that lake exists on both the north and east sides of the property, are hardships noted by the <br />applicant. Planning Commission should consider whether the hardcover removals proposed are <br />sufficient. <br />Options for Action <br />1. Recommend approval as proposed. <br />2.
