One sewer unit was assessed to the existing ho^ but not <br />cabtewhich are non-conforming and are in need ot <br />anolicant earUer this vear to connect the house ro sewer and allowed the cabins to remain <br />in^Sse for two more years before they must be removed. The cabins are <br />system on the property, and the house must be connected to sewer immediately. The cost <br />of connecting to sewer is SI4,000 per unit. <br />The applicant decided to pursue a lot line rearrangement or replat the <br />building sites The lots would meet the required setbacks with 50* front and 30 side but <br />c^g^brs^OT^^^^^^ by hardcover ma.ximuras.
