D <br />sections and floor plans, and showing <br />the exterior appearance of the Arena and <br />the materials to be incorporated <br />therein; <br />(ii) ISD will participate in the development <br />of the Schematic Design Package, and <br />will act promptly and reasonably in <br />providing information and responses as <br />such design progresses. ISD understands <br />that this further Arena design will <br />start with the design in the preliminary <br />design book dated September 23, 1994, <br />and that OHB will be attempting to keep <br />the hard costs of the Arena project <br />within the budgeted amounts set forth in <br />that book. <br />(b) Further Design. ISD approves all further <br />design of the Arena and related improvements, through <br />design development and construction drawiiio5. <br />(i) ISD will receive copies of all design <br />development and construction drawings. <br />and will be entitled to participate in <br />such further design to the extent that <br />it requests. <br />(ii) ISD will promptly approve in writing all <br />design development and construction <br />drawings, as long as they are consistent <br />-3- <br />! <br />‘ a-■
