CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLLTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 3 5 0 8--------- <br />CONCLUSIONS. ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Bas=d upon one or more of the above findings the Orono C^ound^ere^ <br />following condiiions: <br />1. A sewer connection charge of S225.00 plus the current Sewer Availability Charge <br />shall be paid at the time of building permit issuance. <br />o No variances other than the lot area variance are <br />The standard lot line setbacks, hardcover limitation of 30 /o, lot coverage <br />limitation of 155"c, and ail other requirements of the applicable zomng chapters, <br />shall be adhered to.
