Also, one 2-acre e.xisting developed residential property adjacent to existing municipal <br />sewer lines will be added. <br />The City is further requesting th.it an additional 50 unspecified sewer connections be allocated for <br />use by the Cir/ to accommodate future requests for connection of existing homes situated adjacent <br />to existing sewers but not within the MUSA. The City occasionally receives requests from the <br />owners of such properties for sewer service in lieu of having to replace their existing septic <br />systems. It would be preferable if the City could honor these requests in a timely manner, and <br />followup later with a comprehensive MUSA amendment incorporating a number of such <br />properties.
