Bieker and Jeanne-Marie Varga at the residential property located at 2440 Old Beach <br />Road subject to the following conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />Applicant's construction plans to be amended to show center support for decking and <br />2”x6'* stringers replace 5**x6** shown on plans. <br />Applicant to provide verification of soil conditions to determine if the 10 depth is <br />adequate for piers. <br />Before building permit can be issued by the City of Orono for the construction of the <br />permanent dock the following must be submitted to the City: <br />A.Written confirmation from LMCD of approval of dock location and <br />construction plan. <br />B. <br />C. <br />DNR permit. <br />Permit from the MCWD if required or if not written confirmation that <br />Watershed District does not require a review.
