Mabusth, Planning and Zoning Administrator <br />FROM: Stephen Weekman, On-Site Systems Manager <br />DATE:March 8, 1996 <br />SUBJECT: Subdivision Application #2127, David Wilde - Septic Review <br />The applicant proposes a two lot subdivision requiring the use of on-site sewage treabnent systems. <br />Both lots will nave new residences and two drainfield sites. <br />Soil testing and septic system design have been provided by S-P Testing. The site plan has two <br />drainfield sites suitable for a five bedroom residence on each lot. ihe drainfield site slopes are all <br />six percent or less and will meet the twenty foot lot line setbacks. A proposed twenty five foot <br />casement across the North end of lot A will also meet the twenty foot setback to the drainfield sites. <br />In summary, both lots meet all septic system design enteria for a subdivision, <br />.r-1 ■ <n~rii mm r
