The deck <br />shall be replaced with a granite grade level patio. A 4'x6’ cement p>ad is also proposed at the base <br />of the access stair located at the southeast comer of the residence. The improvements will result in <br />reductions in hardcover within the 0-75' setback area and improve the lakeshore setback.
