Habusth: <br />Minnesota Statutes 505.02 and 505.03, Plats and Surveys-, require County <br />review of proposed plats abutting County roads. We reviewed the above plat <br />-and make the following commentsi... . . . .s - .. <br />CSAH 19, along the proposed plat, is identified in the Hennepin County <br />Bicycle Transportation Plan, as a full accommodation{bikeway.
