The inclusion of this feature will change the structure from a deck to an <br />enclose.' structure attached to the house. <br />The current plan allows for a very slight increase in the hard cover. In light <br />of li lO Ii:r^ amount of hard cover that has been removed to date, the increase o' <br />2.6 squ. feet seems reasonable. <br />Please advise me if there are other considerations that need to be <br />considered.
