Johnson asked Mabusth what the total hardcover is for the entire lot. Mabusth stated that the coverage for the entire lot is approximately 28%. The Planninc Commission, as a whole, agreed that there were really no other forms of hardcover on the property that could be removed. They agreed that the back-up area of the drive should remain to provide turn-around space and eliminate the need to back onto Shadywood Road. Kelley closed the Public Hearing at 7:36 p.m. He stated that he was a Planning Commission member in 1985 when the application involving the porous pavers was reviewed. He said, "The Planning Commission was skeptical that the pavers would work, and they have not."
