•V <br />^'' <br />S 5.40 <br />SEC. 5.40. HOME OCCUPATION... <br />Subd. 1. License Required. It is unlawful for any <br />person to engage in, or carry-on, a home occupation, as that term <br />IS defined in the Zoning Chapter of the City Code, without first <br />having obtained a license therefor from the City. <br />• ^*. Reg’ilation. Licenses will only be issued if <br />the specific use is permitted or otherwise allowed by the Zoning <br />Chapter, and if all conditions set forth in said Chapter are fully complied with. -s <br />Section 5.40. Home Occupations. <br />Subd. 3. License Period. All licenses for home occupations shall e.xpire on September <br />30 of each year. Application for renewal of an existing home occupation license shall be made <br />to the City Clerk at least sixty (60) days prior to the e.xpiradon date.
