r <br />SURVEY SUBmXTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Cil A current survey signed and certified by a Minnesota Roistered Land Surveyor. <br />A civil engineer may certify a topographic survey. <br />For all lots, the survey shall include the following information: <br />a. <br />b. <br />c. <br />d <br />e. <br />f. <br />Legal description of the subject property. <br />Location of existing and proposed improvements with dimensions on the <br />subject property and within 30 ’ of all property lines. <br />Permanent iron markers at each comer. <br />All existing and proposed setbacks and dimensions, including accessory <br />structures, wells, septic sites, etc. <br />Existing easements, drjunageways, wetlands, right-of-ways, on the <br />property within 30 ’ of all property lines. <br />Scaled drawings and elevations of proposed floor plans and <br />improvements. <br />For lakeshore lots, the survey shall also include the following information: <br />8 <br />h. <br />1. <br />J- <br />k <br />All existing and proposed hardcover in each setback.
