Theis said he was satisfi^ with the <br />recommendation. He is willing to scale back the driveway and working on correctmg the slope. <br />Theis told Lindquist he would provide a grading plan. <br />Bressler indicated that engineering of the plan has not occurred. Berg asked that this be done. <br />Theis reported there is a 5’ drop from the top of the existing driveway to the garage. He did not feel <br />that span was a problem with a 30’ area. <br />McMillan indicated there is a runoff problem existing along the retaining wall on the west side. <br />Theis said the problem exists by the stairs which need to be reconstructed. <br />With the grade of the driveway and flooding possibilities. Lindquist recommended a 8% slope <br />instead of 10%. <br />prior to Council review. Staff is to review flooding requirements. <br />Berg asked why the particular size as proposed. She was informed that there wm only 3^ s.f. ateve <br />grade and no bathroom on the main level.
