In most cases, driveways and <br />sidewalks were in good to excellent condition. Those in fair and poor condition were <br />experiencing cracking or overgrowth of weeds, depending on whether or not they were <br />paved. While most driveways were <br />paved, there is a sizable number that were unpaved. With the exception of Area III <br />all other areas had numerous properties in the poor to dilapidated categories. Many <br />residences had miscellaneous items in their yard. <br />1
