The east lot is inadequate in wid* at <br />So.* B^n resulting in the need for a shared driveway^ There .s now »^ <br />setback variances as the backlot configuration requires 150/o rtandard. The front lot's building envelO|» is <br />defined at a 50' setback from the south, west and east lot lines. The accessory s ru <br />on east lot will be removed by the applicant. <br />The house on the property will probably be moved elsewhere. The pool will be removed <br />when the lots are sold. <br />Mabusth said a deadline would have to be set as the code does not allow an accessory <br />stmeture on lots without a principal sttuemre. An average deadlme is one year.
