The applicant <br />should also be asked for their testimony regarding this issue. <br />rriteria for Determining Undue Hardship <br />1 The property in question cannot be put to a reasonable use if used under conditions <br />allowed by the official controls. <br />The residence could continue to be used in its current state without the proposed <br />additions. <br />2.The plight of the landowner is due to circumstances unique to his property not created <br />by the landowner. <br />The residence was constructed almost entirely within the O' to 75' lakeshore setback prior <br />to current zoning regulations regarding lakeshore setbacks. <br />3.
