(Use and White had not <br />yet arrived.) <br />(Item #2 follows #9.) <br />(#9) SUBDIVISIONS - GAPPA <br />A. GARDEN LANE <br />Tim Waters, representing LGA the company developing the subdivision called Garden <br />Lane, was present. <br />(White arrived at this time.) <br />Gappa reported that the plan has been revised and is being considered for preliminary plat <br />approval. The Park Commission was asked to determine whether the Park Dedication <br />would be in land or cash fee. Gappa explained the subdivision property location in its <br />relationship to the park land. Gappa indicated a line of property along the ravine with the <br />right-of-way on its other side which could be considered taken for park land.
