As part of this application, the applicant also requests the following approvals: <br />1. Rezoning of PINS 07-117-23 21 0002 from RR-IB Single Family Rural Residential <br />to LR-IB Single Family Lakeshore Residential. <br />2. Comprehensive Plan .-\mendment to incorporate PINS 07-117-23 21 0002 within the <br />Metropolitan Urban Service Area (\1USA). <br />3. Vacation of certain public rights-of-way dedicated within the plat of "Mount Home <br />Park", Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />All persons wi.<5hing to be heard will appear at this time.
