There is a discrepancy between what was submitted <br />and wha< -raff estimates to be the hardcover amount in the 250'-500' setback area. <br />STATEMENT OF HARDSHIP <br />See Exhibit D. <br />Criteria for Determining Undue Hardship <br />1.The property’ in question cannot be put to a reasonable use if used under conditions <br />allowed by the official controls. <br />The property can be used for residential purposes. The request for hardcover variances <br />and a conditional use permit for gradiiij^ within 5' of the property line are to make ingress <br />and egress from the garage safer and easier. <br />2.The plight of the landowner is due to circumstances unique to his property not created <br />by the landowner. <br />The situation is created by the narrow lot width and the location and placement of the <br />new garage.
