Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Re: Steve White Subdivision, CSAH 84 <br />Mike: <br />As we discussed, the applicant should provide, via easement or dedication, <br />an 80-foot corridor along this segment of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) <br />84 (40 feet from and parallel with the existing centerline). This action <br />will accommodate any future upgrading and provide for utility Installations <br />that are expanding regularly. <br />Access win be limited to one per site.
