2. <br />4. <br />5. <br />The zoning lot is heavily wooded in the location where the storage shed is proposed. <br />The lot slopes down to the wetland. Any new structure is required to be at least 26' <br />from the edge of the wetland. <br />There are two residential structures on this site, two garages and one porch according <br />to the submitted survey. <br />The proposed storage building would require the removal of trees and vegetation <br />on the site. The impact of removal of the vegetation and uces and its impact on <br />the wetland is not known. <br />The permit record indicates that a permit for a garage was issued in 1973. The zoning <br />lot was connected to sewer in 1986. It appears that no other permits or variances were <br />issued for this property. <br />Ihe street file does indicate that in February 1996 a vacation or division for tax purposes <br />was filed.
