Lakeshore back lots shall meet the lot <br />width standard at the shoreline, at the lakeshore setback <br />line and at the street yard setback line. <br />c. A front lot created as part <br />of a front/back lot division shall meet all zoning district area, <br />width and setback standards, e.xcept that the required side yard of <br />the front lot adjacent to the access outlet shall be equivalent to the <br />side street yard requirement for that zoning disuict. <br />.Access reouirements: <br />J <br />J <br />a. <br />b. <br />c. <br />Access outlots shall be 30' minimum width, and shall be <br />wide enough to accommodate drainage, snow removal and <br />screening without encroaching on neighboring procenies. <br />In approving front/back lot divisions, the City may require <br />that both front lot and back lot share a driveway access <br />within the access outloc if Council determines that creating <br />an additional access to the existing street will be a potential <br />safety hazard. <br />Driveways within a back lot shall be located at least 10 ’ <br />from the side or rear lot lines of adjacent lots. <br />d. No more than two residences may be served by a driveway <br />located within an access outloc. <br />c <br />] <br />1 <br />e. No access outloc may be platted abuning an adjacent outloc <br />excent when the intent is to combine the two access outlots * <br />for creation of a public or private road meeting City <br />standards. <br />5. Screening requirements and accessory scruemre standards. <br />Front/bac.k lot subdivisions shall be designed in a manner such that <br />the screening requirements and accessory struemre standards of <br />Secuon 10.03, Subdivision 27 can be met. <br />6. The requirements and standards of this section shall apply only to <br />those froni/badc lot divisions which receive preliminary plat <br />approval after January 1, 1994,
