SITE VISIT; SeptexBber 3r<j, 1997 <br />SITE LOCATION: 1220 Lyman Avenue, Orono, MN <br />SITE INSPECTION BY: Bill Osmundson <br />Following is a list of materials which were found in the <br />area designated Outlet ’*C** on the site plan. The area is <br />approximately 180' long and 20' wide. <br />The first 100' as measured from 30' in from the existing <br />road has a heavy growth of understory brush. This plant material <br />ranges from 24" to 108" tall an is composed of mainly small whip <br />trees and a heavy thicket of wild buckthorn. The neighbor has a <br />hedge of nannyberry viburnum and lilac running from the existing <br />roadway back approximately 40' along the property line. <br />Following are trees found in this first 100' foot area. <br />»PPieB VAPTIPrY 2* nTA- 2»-4* DTA 4»»ft" DIA_____8"“‘20"20 "-h <br />ASH <br />BURR OAK <br />SUGAR HAPLE <br />:&sssoi99 <br />RED OAK <br />H9HITE OAK <br />LINDEN <br />The last 80' of this section seems to have been cle2u:ed of <br />the understory brush, though there are signs of regeneration with <br />6"-12" wild buckthorn. This area contains approximately 35-40 <br />trees which range from 2" to 20" diameter. The majority of these <br />trees are sugar maple with several ash and oak mixed in. <br />i
