He <br />wishes to give Lot S, Block 2 in exchange for the area marked"Park" <br />on the plat map. The plat map does not show streets exactly as they <br />lie. According to Dr. Moe, Spruce Place actually dissects Lot 5 <br />leaving them with part of their property on one side and part on the <br />other. In order for them to acquire the area called ’’Park*'* there <br />would have to be a street vacation of the street between, I believe <br />this should be submitted to the Village Engineer for study. <br />RDiARKSi The Village Engineer has this under study and the <br />planning commission wonts a report from him before <br />they would take any action on the matter. <br />Ralph H.
