The current zoning code side setback requirement is <br />30', although this house likely met the zoning standards in effect when it was built in 1963. <br />2.Applicants propose to remodel the existing two car garage into a family room, and add a new <br />two car garage, mudroom, kitchen expansion, and rear deck reconfiguration.
