Owners of all such lots were given <br />the opportumty to apply for a no-cost Automatic Lot Area Variance in 1983. The prior owners of <br />your property did not take that opportunity, hence before the City could issue building permits, you <br />would have to make a lot area variance application. 1 believe this is more a technicality than a <br />problem, since per the zoning ordinances, the lot is intended to be buildable. <br />You would have to provide a survey of the property and other items as part of the variance <br />application process.
