Issues <br />1.The zoning lot does not meet the minimum requirements for the LR-IA district. The <br />existing structure is located within the 0-75’ setback area and is considered non-conforming. <br />2. <br />3. <br />The topography of the lot is not unusual. <br />The street file indicates the following variances were applied for: <br />#39 1975 <br />#185 1976 Addition and remodeling <br />#1698 1991 Roof and screened porch (after-the-fact) <br />4.The structure was remodeled in 1959.
