The ^plicant has a small building pad that conforms to the setback requirements. The <br />garage could be located farther back from the front property line but it would not be in line <br />with the house. <br />Issues <br />1.The zoning lot does not meet lot area or lot width requirements. The existing house does not <br />meet front yard or side yard setbacks.
