I <br />« « • 3 <br />•• <br />V ^ «•» <br />••'.' /V c <br />Description of Request <br />I am requesting this land use application to erect an Amateur Radio antenna and commercially <br />built antenna tower, to be used for my personal enjoyment as a licensed Amateur Radio operator. <br />Neither the antenna or tower will be us^ for any form of business activity. <br />The overall height of the antenna structure will be 70’, a necessary height of the antenna <br />configuration for the type of communications that I desire to engage in. (International amateur <br />communications.) <br />The instrilation will consist of an appropriate concrete base, a 65 ’ antenna tower, with the <br />antenna ’s located at the top of the tower. <br />The antenna structure will not be located within a front, comer side or side yard. The location of <br />the structure was selected to minimize its’ visual impact by making use of the surrounding trees. <br />i
