The granting of such variance will not merely serve as a convenience to the applicant, but <br />is necessary to alleviate demonstrable hardship or difficulty. <br />The q>plicant believes that his lot width and shape are hardships. The conditional use permit for an accessory structure (amateur radio antenna tower). <br />2. A variance to increase the maximum height to 70' where 65' is allowed. <br />3.
