Rd. 19 (4465 and 4485 <br />North Shore Drive) <br />Dear GTE: <br />The City of Orono has been requested by two property owners to vacate a 20' alley paralleling <br />County Road 19 a few hundred feet west of the Forest Lake Channel. Enclosed is a copy of the plat <br />map and two adjacent surveys identifying the proposed vacation. The portion of alley to be vacated <br />is adjacent to Lots 5 and 6 (and potentially 4), Bergquists Addition to Saga Hill. <br />What interest, if any, does GTE have in this alley? Or in the narrow parcel labeled 'See Note' which <br />is actually Lot A, Tonkaview Gardens? (The Property Descriptions people are hopefully determining <br />who owns this parcel that has no apparent PINS #).
