Ordinance Repealed. Ordinance No. 143 Second Scries, entitled 1996 Fee Schedule and No. 146, Second <br />Series entitled Amendment to 19% Fee Schedule is hereby repealed. <br />The City Council of Orono per Section LOS of the Municipal Code hereby ordains the following fe« effective during the calendar year 1997: <br />SECTION 1.
