Sketches or plans of floor & elevation views (provide one (1) copy S'/i" x 11"). List of the legal names (include marital status) of all persons vvith an interest in the property. This would include name(s) of applicant(s) if not current owner(s). As an addendum to this application, please anach a separate list of any other persons you wish notified of this application. Additional items as may be requested by City staff. The Applicant and Propert>' Owner must sign this application. Planning Commission Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month. .Applicants must be present at all scheduled review meetings of the Planning Commission and Council.
