Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />1994 - 8:0»-8:15 P.M. - RESOLIITION #3507 <br />Mr. & Mrs. Palm were present. <br />Mabusth stated the AppUcation is for variances for hardcover, lakeshore s«bac^ and <br />that the foundation was in good condition when the property was purchased. <br />The Applicants gave their permission to waive their rights to a public hearing before the <br />Flaming Commission. <br />Mayor Callahan opened the public hearing. <br />Callahan said the Planning Commission asked that the shed be removed because of excess <br />hardcover. Hurr asked if any restrictions were placed on roofing or scree^g of the <br />upper and lower decks The Applicant said the upper deck would be rooM wd tot he <br />had no imention of roofing or enclosing the lower deck Mabusth ^ed there had <br />been no discussion ofthis at the Planning Commission meeting. ThePlarmmg <br />Commission was aware that a roof was to be installed over the upper deck based on the <br />plans submitted with the application. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Mayor Callahan closed the public hearing. <br />Hurr moved, Kelley seconded, to approve Resolution #3507 with the additional condition <br />that the lower deck not be enclosed, screened, or roofed.
