Request for Council Action continued <br />page 3 of 3 <br />November 6, 19% <br />Zoning File #2176 _________ <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission unanimcRisly sq)proved the conditional use permit/variance application <br />for Daniel Perkins for the property located at 55 Landmark Drive, subject to the findings and <br />conditions set forth in the original resolution granting approval of the application noting that their <br />recommendation invob^ed approval of an annual permit for the mining of peat for the 19%-97 <br />winter season. The resolution has been drafted to include the grading of the banks of the open <br />water area of the southern pond to encourage regro^^th of wetland vegetation and provide suitable <br />habitat for wildlife. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution <br />1 <br />41
