All required submittals and fees have been paid as set <br />forth in the preliminary plat approval resolution. Exhibit A. Staff recommends approval of the <br />final plat, ChadwicK, for the Greenfield Corporation subject to the findings and conditions set <br />forth in the enclosed approval resolution drafted by staff. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution. <br />j
