« K <br />* j rs 3 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLLNG HEARING <br />ON NORTH LONG LAKE AND LONG LAKE COUNTRY CLUB <br />SANITARY SEUTR IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3764 of the Council adopted September <br />9, 1996, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the North Long Lake and <br />Long Lake Country Club sanitary sewer improvements, and this report was received by the <br />Council on November 12, 1996; and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed <br />project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />1.The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer improvement in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated <br />total. j .f of the improvements of $1,049,555.00. <br />2.day ofA public fr;iring shall be held on such proposed improvements on the <br />, 1996 in the Council Chambers, 2750 Kelley Parkway, at____p.m. and the <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of November, 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
