NW 14 4-117-23 Lots 3 & 4 Block.. <br />E.xcavation of two w'etland areas to create wildlife ponds. <br />.. • <br />' t <br />At the regularly scheduled September 12, 1996 meeting of the Board of Managers, the subject <br />permit application was reviewed along with the following exhibits: <br />1. Permit Application 96-183 received August 15. 1996. <br />2. Site plan received August 15, 1996. <br />Due to the size and complexity of certain projects, the Board, by Rule J, requires that site <br />inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District a fee <br />equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project, field inspection, engineering services, legal <br />services, and any subsequent monitoring of the work. These costs are referred to as Rule J <br />fees. <br />Action was taken approving your permit application pending receipt of Rule J fees in the <br />amount of $78.05. ................- <br />With the special condition to be on the permit: <br />1.
