The existing residence and garage shall <br />be raised. The original resolution approving the variances will expire on November 27, 1996. The <br />following ordinances are pertinent for this review: <br />1.Section 10.25, Subd. 6(B) <br />A. Lot area variance <br />Required = 21,780 s.f or .5 acres <br />Existing = 20,020 s.f or .46 acres <br />Vaiiance = 1,760 s.f or 4% <br />B.Lot width variance <br />Required = 100' <br />Existing at 75' setback and measured at a straight line at Shoreline = 75* <br />Variance = 25' or 25% <br />C.Side setback variance at both north and south lot lines <br />Required = 10' <br />Proposed = 9.5' (overhang located 8.5' from side lot lines) <br />Variance = 0.5' or 5% <br />2.Section 10.22, Subd. 1(B) - The majority of proposed structure w ill encroach the average <br />lakeshore setback line. <br />3.Section 10.22, Subd. 2 [10.56, Subd. 16(L)] - Review of hardcover variances. <br />A. 75-250' setback area = 13,140 s.f <br />Allowed = 3,285 s.f or 25% <br />Approved in 1995 = 4,600 s.f or 35% <br />Variance = 1,315 s.f or 10%
